An incredibly simple, quick and yet delicious recipe that absolutely everyone can handle. This bread or pancakes made from four common ingredients are ideal when you don’t have time, you’ve run out of bread or you want quick homemade pastries without rising and without yeast.

πŸ₯£ Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour (or semi-coarse)
1 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Optional: a drop of oil, herbs, garlic, seeds

1️⃣ Mixing the dough
Pour the flour, salt and baking soda into a bowl.
Add water and work into a soft, slightly sticky dough.
If you want, add a teaspoon of oil for a softer texture.
2️⃣ Shaping
You can choose two options:

➀ Pancakes – divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out into thin pancakes.
➀ Small bread – create one larger loaf.
